WHO ARE THE GROUPS FOR?
1. For survivors over the age of 18, we currently offer a women's | men's | and LGBTQ support group.
2. We also have a Life-skills group to focus on more tangible, everyday skills.
3. Plus, we also have a children support group and teen support group.

WHAT DO YOU TALK ABOUT IN GROUP?
We cover a wide range of topics in support group. Sometimes we just talk in group but sometimes we participate in a group activity.
*Group is completely confidential so please know that what you talk about will not be shared outside of group (and we expect you to also not share other's information or what's talked about in group with anyone outside of group).
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I COME?
If you do attend group, it is preferred that you are:
- on-time,
- dressed appropriately, and
- engaged in the activity/discussion.
